Mental Health Awareness Week 10th-16th May 2021

Getting out for a walk can help the mind to relax and clear space within it so ideas and inspiration have the chance to appear. Getting outside breathing in the fresh air and hearing the birds whistling, seeing the leaves on the trees moving in a gentle breeze and feel the presence of nature around all supports our natural energy within the body and brings balance back into the mind.

It is Mental Health Awareness week but don't let that stop you taking time out to calm your mind at least once a day EVERYDAY!
