Self-healing

InkedHealing Angel_LIjpgThe ability to self-heal is naturally built into everyone, but for most it is easier to turn to modern day medicinal alternatives. After all who has time to sit and relax to let the pain of a headache go? Who has the time to wonder why sudden aches and pains begin and how to let go of the mental connections to them? Self-healing takes time, bizarrely though only about the same amount, or less, than a paracetamol takes to start working. But the effects of natural healing are longer lasting, non-addictive and great at keeping the body free of human made chemicals. Well, that should be encouragement enough for most people to try it.

So, if you want to give it a try lie or sit down and be sure to be comfortably warm. Give the mind a chance to clear by curling fingers in and out synchronized with your breathing. After 5-10 minutes let fingers relax so palms of hands are open and DO NOT cover the hands.

 In the mind say:

 ‘I AM, BY BEING WILLING, ABLE TO NATURALLY REPLENISH AND REBALANCE MY BODY AND MIND TO GOOD HEALTH’  

Continue to lie there for at least 30 minutes. If you fall asleep do not worry the healing will be just as effective.

Just remember two things:

1) Enjoy it

2) Be thankful at the end!
